Eskesen set to leave Tannadice this summer
New recruit Dylan Tait has taken over the No. 10 jersey.
Dundee United midfielder Julius Eskesen is set to leave Tannadice amid European interest.
Eskesen, who is contracted at Tannadice until 2027, has made just three starts in 18 appearances for the club.
With his situation unlikely to change next season, United are understood to be willing to facilitate a move to allow the 26-year-old to pursue more regular game time.
The Danish midfielder has attracted interest from Swedish top-flight club GAIS, whose transfer window opens on July 9.
According to The Courier, Eskesen’s former side Haugesund and fellow Norwegian outfit Stromsgodset are also monitoring his situation.
United’s newest midfielder Dylan Tait has taken over the No. 10 jersey previously worn by Eskesen as pre-season training began this week.
